Masterclass Pass Terms & Conditions
It’s important to us that you are completely clear from the outset the way in which we will deliver our services to you. If you are planning to purchase a Masterclass Pass from The Milk Allergy Allergy Dietitian then you must read these terms and conditions in full prior to purchasing.
Masterclass Pass Terms: Key Details
The terms cannot be varied and in proceeding to purchase the Masterclass Pass you will be deemed to have accepted these terms. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the services offered by The Milk Allergy Dietitian. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which The Milk Allergy Dietitian (“we”, “our” or “us”) provide services to you, as purchaser of the Masterclass Pass. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.
Masterclass Pass Outline
The Masterclass Pass is designed for parents and families who want expert support and education to help manage their child’s milk allergy. The Masterclass Pass provides access to live educational masterclasses led by Lydia Collins-Hussey, The Milk Allergy Dietitian as well as guest speakers.
The aim of the Masterclass Pass is to provide support and information to families with children with milk allergy. Whilst the information shared within the masterclasses relates to milk allergy, it does not replace a 1:1 consultation or advice given by another Health Care Professional (HCP). Should you require bespoke support, please contact us directly to enquire about one-to-one services.
You can access the masterclass through the Masterclass Portal through The Milk Allergy Dietitian website. You can login by clicking ‘account’ on the top right corner. On booking confirmation you will be asked to create login details.
Masterclass Pass Options
There are two purchase options available:
i) Single Masterclass Pass
This option provides:
Access to one live masterclass
Access to the replay recording for 14 days following the live session
Downloadable slides and supporting materials where applicable
ii) Three Masterclass Pass
This option provides:
Access to three monthly live masterclasses over a three-month period
Access to each replay recording over the next 3 months
Downloadable slides and supporting materials where applicable
Live Masterclasses
The live masterclasses will be led by Lydia Collins-Hussey, The Milk Allergy Dietitian. From time to time, sessions may also include expert health care professionals and consultants who are specialists in different areas of allergy.
The masterclasses will take place either via Zoom or another online platform communicated to you in advance and will last approximately 45–60 minutes unless otherwise stated.
During each live session, a specific allergy topic will be discussed. There may be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session depending on time available.
The information and guidance shared will be based on Lydia Collins-Hussey’s experience as a UK Registered Dietitian specialising in food allergy.
Replay Access and Downloadable Materials
Where recordings are available, replay access will be provided following the live session date.
Slides and any supporting downloadable materials will be made available where applicable. We do not guarantee that every session will include downloadable resources.
From time-to-time technology may fail and recordings may become unavailable or be of poor visual or sound quality. Whilst we aim to provide recordings wherever possible, this cannot be guaranteed.
Behaviour
It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful during any live sessions or online interactions.
Should your behaviour be deemed offensive, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove you from the live session or revoke access to the Masterclass Pass without refund.
Disclaimers
The aim of the Masterclass Pass is to provide practical tips, tools, education, and information to support management of your child’s milk allergy. Whilst the masterclasses provide educational guidance, they do not replace individual medical advice or a 1:1 consultation.
We make no guarantees or claims as to individual outcomes or success. Every child and family is unique, and allergy management should always be tailored to individual circumstances.
Contact and Schedule
It is our intention that all live masterclasses will take place as scheduled. However, should unforeseen circumstances arise requiring a session to be postponed or rescheduled, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an alternative date where appropriate.
If you have a technical query relating to accessing your masterclass, please include “Tech” in the subject line of your email correspondence.
Payment Terms
The cost of the Masterclass Pass is displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking via Stripe made available through our website.
For the Three Masterclass Pass, access is limited to the three consecutive monthly masterclasses included within your purchase period and cannot be paused, transferred, or extended unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. Your personal data is protected as set out in our Privacy Policy available on our website.
We utilise platforms including Kit, Squarespace, Zoom, and Stripe to manage communications, bookings, and service delivery.
During live sessions you may hear personal experiences or information shared by other attendees. By purchasing a Masterclass Pass, you agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of all participants and not disclose confidential information shared during sessions.
Any unauthorised recording, distribution, or sharing of live sessions or materials is strictly prohibited.
Refunds and Cancellation
It is our aim that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase and find the masterclasses educational and supportive.
Refund requests should be made in writing to hello@themilkallergydietitian.com.
If you have already attended a live session, accessed replay materials, or downloaded resources, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the content already accessed from any refund issued where legally permitted.
No refunds will be issued once the relevant live masterclass has taken place, except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
During your access period, you may be provided with recordings, slides, downloadable resources, and other materials. At all times, the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us.
You are permitted to use the materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, modify, or provide copies to third parties without prior written permission.
Unauthorised sharing of recordings, slides, or materials may result in immediate removal of access without refund and may lead to legal action.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the Masterclass Pass this should be made in writing to Lydia Collins-Hussey at hello@themilkallergydietitian.com.

1. What happens if I can’t attend live?
Where available, recordings will be sent to you following the live session and will remain accessible for 14 days.

Additional support is available in the form of 1:1 consultations or memberships. Please contact us directly to discuss availability and fees.
General
We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery of the Masterclass Pass. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
Should there be any conflict between these terms and any hosting platform or payment gateway, these terms shall prevail.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of our services. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of these terms.
