Climbing the Milk Ladder Handbook Outline
The Climbing the Milk Ladder Handbook is designed for parents and families who want expert support and education to help manage their child’s milk allergy.
The aim of the Climbing the Milk Ladder Handbook is to provide support and information to families with children with milk allergy and about to start the milk ladder. Whilst the information shared within the handbook relates to the 6 step milk ladder, it does not replace a 1:1 consultation or advice given by another Health Care Professional (HCP). Should you require bespoke support, please contact us directly to enquire about one-to-one services.
You can access the masterclass through a download provided on confirmation through The Milk Allergy Dietitian website.
If purchasing 1 months access to The Milk Allergy Hub as well - The Milk Allergy Dietitian will send a PDF of the handbook via email.

Payment Terms
The cost of the Climbing the milk Ladder Handbook is displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking via Stripe made available through our website.
For the additional Milk Allergy Hub, access is limited to1 month at the time of purchase and you will be asked to create login details to go through to the hub portal.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. Your personal data is protected as set out in our Privacy Policy available on our website.
We utilise platforms including Kit, Squarespace, and Stripe to manage communications, bookings, and service delivery.
Refunds and Cancellation
It is our aim that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase and find the masterclasses educational and supportive.
Refund requests should be made in writing to hello@themilkallergydietitian.com.
If you have already downloaded the handbook, attended a live session, accessed replay materials, or downloaded other resources, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the content already accessed from any refund issued where legally permitted.
Intellectual Property
During your access period, you may be provided with recordings, slides, downloadable resources, and other materials. At all times, the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us.
You are permitted to use the materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, modify, or provide copies to third parties without prior written permission.
Unauthorised sharing of recordings, slides, or materials may result in immediate removal of access without refund and may lead to legal action.
Complaints

General
We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
Should there be any conflict between these terms and any hosting platform or payment gateway, these terms shall prevail.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of our services. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of these terms.
